Rudolph's Winter Wonderland

Lompoc Pops Publicity
This Holiday season's concert has been put together with our youngest patrons in mind as the LOMPOC POPS ORCHESTRA brings to its audience such favorites as "Here Comes Santa Claus”, "Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer", "Frosty, The Snowman” and the ever-popular, "You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch!" (It's rumored he intends to crash the party again) In addition, the Lompoc Valley Master Chorale will be performing "Do You Hear What I Hear?" while Jennifer Freye shares her talents in a lovely rendition of "One Small Child."
For those new to the community, "THE POPS" is the only live orchestra on the Central Coast that's primary mission is to perform well-known popular music, most of which has successfully stood the test of time. Inspired by THE BOSTON POPS and under the direction of Dr. Brian Asher Alhadeff, this amazing and extremely talented group of about 55 musicians comes together four times a year to perform an evening of spectacular music at affordable prices. Into it's 27th season and with mostly sold-out audiences, concerts often include music that patrons have requested as well.
Doors open at 6:15 p.m. for a 7:00 performance on Sunday evening, December 1st at the Lompoc First United Methodist church, located at 925 North F Street.
General admission is $25, while full-time students of all ages are admitted for $5 with student ID shown at the door. Children 12 and under are welcomed free of charge, and there is a special discount for active-duty military.
